...has finally made his way back to the theatre  ...though I didn't exactly see the greatest movie in the world.
Hearts in Atlantis I saw with my girlfriend the other night. I owned the book written by Stephen King, which supposedly has something to do with the Vietnam War (I never got a chance to read it because my mom left it in the rental car on my DC trip a few months ago when she finished reading it  ). Anywho, the movie has nothing to do with the Vietnam War.
The entire movie I found myself waiting for something to happen (afterall this is a Stephen King movie), yet nothing ever did. In fact the only "Stephen King Twist" in the movie was that the man that moved in upstairs could "sense" things. Give me a break. The movie was a sappy movie about a boy's summer, probably better suited for older people nostalgic about their youth.
All in all it wasn't a horrible movie, considering the type of movie that it was, I actually felt bad for the kid at the end. But Stephen King movies should never be this boring.

I won't be seeing a movie anytime soon, my last one was Cast away
