I thought it was funny that I couldn't remember a thread like this posted; so it must have been a long time, if at all. So, I wanted to ask: what are your hobbies? Do you collect anything? What do you do in your downtime?

I read books or just play video games at my free time. Nothing special. Not really into collecting anything.

Cool, what games are you playing a lot right now?

I'm a sports fan, obviously (born Yankees and Dolphins fan) and I love music. I'm a fan of a bunch of different artists, but I am a huge Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment fan and collecting all of the music they've produced (digital, vinyl, cassette, CD) has become a major hobby of mine. I would throw TV (House, 24, The Simpsons, Family Guy, more), investing and gaming (when I can) in there, as well.

Read books,
Listen to music,
Watch movies,
Go hiking,
Ride bike,
Weekend getaways

Those are the usual/typical that everyone has, so here's the esoteric:

I like to collect original cartoon art--not animation cels, but comic strip panels that the artist themselves drew. I have a Doonesbury, a Peanuts and a Pogo (from way back in '59!), and I'm always looking for more.

The Peanuts one is cool because Charles Schultz, even in his later years, still did everything by hand and by himself without assistants to help him. So you can see pencil erase marks, areas where he whited something out, etc. It's really fascinating.

My favorite hobby would be composing. Anything would do, from songs to poems, to short stories and even first paged novels(?). I also do strolling till I get tired and I really love surfing the net though I get bored easily in doing so. I also like to dance crazily alone in my room and sing like a star at the comfort rooms with no one around to listen .
