Oh the Lakers by far are the better team. With Shaq and Kobe healthy, the Lakers are better than any other team in the league.
And the Western Conference is also far and away superior to the Eastern Conference. It's like in high school where the Western Conference has all the Seniors and the Eastern Conference is the JV team. So comparing an East team like the Wizards to a West team like the Lakers is apples and oranges I think. |

Yeah of course the Lakers are better. Its pretty hard to stop Shaq in the middle. I mean if Duncan & Robinson together has some nights when they find it tough to control Shaq then that must say something about Shaq-Deisel!
I know this topic is always being brought up (apologies
I really think w/o Shaq in the middle, the Lakers wouldn't be where they are now. This might offend some people but all these talk about Vince, Kobe, Garnett, etc that they are better than M.J. of old or new is pure Bull$h#t! The reason being is MJ was an excellent player & an excellent leader! He understands what it takes to lead a team & to win.
Only a very few young players in the NBA today has similar leadership & they are not even half as close as MJ's. Well thats just my opinion

| I dont even follow basketball. People were talking of the Lakers breaking the Bull's 72 wins in a season record. The Wizards started, what, 3-13 or something rediculous like that before winning a bunch. I think that basically sums up my answer: Lakers. |
