Haha I have no idea I weigh about 125 and I think I can only bench around 100 lbs.  |

The only people who do powerclean to work out are mostly football players and thats to increase your explosion and power when you tackle. A normal person who works out at the gym doesn't do it. And I rarely see people do squat at the gym; the leg press is more popular.

im not much of a weight lifter..........but i do know that i benched like 100-150, i never squated or pwercleaned
