in my opion it's close but i'm going with the raven's , i mean ray lewis is healthy and even more dangerous with terrel suggs by his side@! and plus the have some offense with boller at qb, i like this kid, i that it was gutsty to throw from the 50 on his knee the the feild goal!

With a new QB, I doubt they'll be too successful. Maybe in a few years they'll do well or something.

I think the Redskins look pretty good. They basically stole four Jets.

The Dolphins look pretty good as well.

So do the Bills.

I'm not too up-to-date with the NFC, so I can't really talk about them much.

The ravens had a great draft and they have improved significantly. Suggs and boller will help the team a lot unless boller flops.

The redskins i think will flop again. Every year the redskins spend tons of money on free againts and they do no better then the year before. They overpaid coles and hall is a horrible kicker.

The Bengals now have a good coach and carson palmer on top of cory dillon, i think that they can be a contending team if one of their recievers and their defense holds up.

As to the most improved team, that must be the cowboys. Parcells is a football god and will imediatly bring additional wins without changing any personel. But some of the players did change and the defense has improved greatly, especally the secondary.

i think parcelles will be a help but the most help i think the secondary for the cowboys is great!!! along with newman and te others we are talking a great secondary, as far as the jets and redskins go, i'm a jet's fan as well and i think the coles blow won't be to bad, i am happy with conway till they find a repacement, and are the bills actually gunna try and run it this season?

I think Conway will do fine, but he won't replace Coles. Hopefully, Santana Moss will really step it up this season. Remember, Coles' breakout season was in his third year. Guess what season this will be for Moss...

I hope he gets more receptions this season. His speed is such a weapon. We all know what he does on punt returns.

Chrebet should probably be used strictly as a 3rd WR. He's great on third downs.
