I'm not a big fan of GC. There's maybe one game I'd ever play on that. I don't like all the kiddy stuff.

Steriotype, not true. I get sick of it. Nintendo just makes more games for more genres instead of actively marketing bloody games and dedicating a majority of their game releases to violence/blood.

Nintendo is not kiddy and never has been.

And thats the key. Everyone has different needs. Each system provides for each need and that is why there are 3. Selection is good.

My opinion below
Most Nintendo games are kiddie games though. They're not very realistic/life like. Just look at Mario games. I do admit X-box games tend to be more violent.

Also, look at the Gamecube intro screen.

I was over a friend's house about to play Resident Evil and that stupid thing with the box came up...

I'm also a fan of DVD watching.

The Gamecube intro screen? Is freaking cool. What do you mean?

I don't buy a system to watch DVDs Chris, so we do differ in that area.

The DVD capability is nice for people that dont have a DVD player. I know several people that wouldnt ever watch DVDs if it wasnt for their X-Box/PS2.

I understand that, however, that just doesn't enter my thoughts when I am buying a system.

If I had the money, I'd buy all three. One day, anyway.

The thing when you start it up with the little box or whatever. That annoys me. Of course I may have no idea what I'm talking about. It just seemed out of place while playing Resident Evil

I used to like Nintendo but I got N64 and I wasn't happy with it. It probably had to do with cartridges and a limited number of games compared to Play Station.

I've had several arguments with people over GameCube. One person brought up how Smash Bros. Melee is good. However, that game includes Pokemon, therefore I would never play that in my life because I hate Pokemon. (totally irrelevant, sorry ) Pokemon probably have influenced my anti-Game Cube ideas.
