All I know is that Butch Davis is a great coach and I sure miss him being a Miami Hurricane fan.
Although Larry Coker has done a great job far in his first year as head coach down there. We'll see in future years though if does as well as Davis did with recruiting. |

| the Browns are looking strong, definitey not the team of the past few years, and after they lose next week, might have a good season ahead of them, but i dont expect them to make the postseason or anything. bengals, maybe, not the browns |

The Browns are good, but the list of best teams in Ohio goes like this:
1. U of Toledo
2. Browns
3. Bengals

Seriously, the Browns will be a team that can play a Week 15 sleeper and screw someone out of the playoffs and maybe put togther a 7-9 season. |

The hit Warren put on Brunell wasnt a cheap shot. If Brunel's so worried about getting hit he's playing the wrong game. Brunell was a defensive player on that play cause he threw an interception, so he got treated like a defensive player. He turned around to try and make a tackle so he got hit. There wasnt even a flag on the play.
The real cheap shot was when one of the Jaguar players stepped on Couch's hand after the play was over. Jag's are just cryinging cause they got their asses handed to them by a team that won 3 games last year.
Browns over Chargers by 10. |

OK...the hit on Brunell was a cheap shot...no question.
The Browns were also playin cheap against Flutie yesterday and you know it.
The Browns are vastly improved over last year, but aren't going anywhere. The Chargers gave the Browns the game. So many things went wrong, the Browns did not earn the win in my opinion. It was a great game, amazing game, but the Chargers were the better team and the Browns walked away with the win...thats football. |
