I thought it was OK, but not as good as other Pixar films. However, I did like the montage near the beginning that showed the old man and his wife getting married, living life and growing old. That was rather poignant without being too syrupy. _________________ www.sportsmemorabiliaandmore.com

Indeed, it was a bit childish. For a while I really thought the kid was mute (I think he first spoke when he was old, but there was a short sort of scream when the floating stick hit his head).
However, the very opposite animation to this I think is Mary and Max (2009), which is one of the best animated films I ever saw. |
