Ok,
I would like to keep this as legit as possible. I know everyone has their favorite teams out there. Mine personally is the Cleveland Cavs. I know who the free agents are coming up this year and I know who I would want to try to get. Same with unhappy players and tradeable players. I would like to see some proposed trades or free agent signings or player moves etc for your teams you would like to see.
Again, take into account salary caps and all that good stuff. Make the deals legit. Lets see what you can toss out! |

I would like to keep two of the starting pieces of this puzzle together for sure.
PG - Daniel Gibson
SG - Lebron James
After that, the starting lineup is suspect and inconsistant at best. I would love to see the Cavs do one of two things this off season.
1. Make a strong push for Garnett.
2. Trade into the top 10 in the draft.
You're asking yourself how these happen? Well, ill tell you.
The Cavs have a couple players that a lot of people love that are just a little unpolished. As well as some expiring contracts and the "wiley" veteran types. Should the Cavs try to get Garnett, they would have to trade Larry Hughes, Drew Gooden, and one of the players off the bench more than likely. They wouldnt give up Varejao, he is too much a fan favorite. I see the third person being someone like Donyell Marshell or David Wesley. Someone they won't have to keep around. This will clear the room for Garnett's sign and trade contract.
As far as moving up in the draft, I would say a team like Minnasota again or Atlanta. With Minnasota, you would have to offer up about the same package of Gooden and Hughes to get that pick, and possibly some cash. With Atlanta, they would need to toss out Damon Jones or Eric Snow (the hawks need a PG) and more than likely Ilgauskas and some money. I can see either happening as the T-Wolves and Hawks both need some pieces to play with. This would give them both.
Not saying either will happen, but it would make for some interesting talk if they did. I would like to see the trade for Garnett more than anything so we could open the season with the following starting 5.
PG - Daniel Gibson
SG - Lebron James
SF - Kevin Garnett
PF - Anderson Varejao
C - Zydrunas Ilgauskas |

One problem in the trade for Garnett you have set up LEBRON IS A SF!!!!!
I agree they should definatley keep Gibson but that line up makes no sense at all because LeBron is a SF and Garnett is taller then Varejao _________________ Most Feared Safety in the NFL: Troy Polamalu!!!!

| Lebron plays the 2/3 positions primarily. He can play the 2 just as well as he can the 3. As far as height is concerned Garnett came into the league listed as a Small Forward. The only reason he got slated as a power forward after a couple yeard in Minnasota is because they fielded smaller players to play the 2/3. Garnett is tall, but his true position is SF. Lebron can play anywhere. This lineup wouldn't be an issue lol. |

Yeah but you wouldn't really need to give up Hughes he is a compliment to LeBron so, i'd say you trade Drew Gooden, Varejeo and some draft picks.
PG- Daniel Gibson
SG- Larry Hughes
SF- LeBron James
PF- KG

| Hughes is no compliment. He is an inconsistant, over paid, player who is playing out of position at the point guard spot. They found the point guard they want in Gibson, it's time for Hughes and his bloated contract to head elsewhere. |

Why would you get rid of Hughes of you could keep Gibson and Hughes and have them on the court at the same time _________________ Most Feared Safety in the NFL: Troy Polamalu!!!!
