I'll say the Rams pretty much because their division is gross.
Seahawks are the best team in the division and that's not saying much. Need to start running the ball better.
49ers have a lot of issues on both sides of the ball.
Cardinals ... how many winning seasons have they had in the last 30? _________________ My Life, My Pride |

Cincinnati. It's not a true cinderella team if everyone is picking them to be a cindrella, so no to st. louis and oakland, i hear them all them time(although i see oakland going 8-8 and st. louis about 6-10 ).
Back to the Nati. We all know about their offense so i ain't got to say much on that front, although i will say that with rudi finally healthy (he was banged up all last year) and chris perry and dede dorsey in the mix to help spell rudi and change the pace of the game from smash mouth to speed, the running game will end up being a top 5 running game. Except for last year, they're ususally top 10 but this year will be even more explosive with perry involved. Now to the defense. I know i've already said this, but the secondary is really impressive right now. they're playing alot more man to man and getting to the ball very quick. with odom and gathers on the ends of the d-line, look for the opposeing qb to be running for his life quite often which will also help the young secondary. and rivers and brooks at lb are just monsters who will be ending rb's career's. but the most important addition to the defense was the hiring of zimmer at d-coordinator. he knows he has a young defense so he's been keeping the plays simple and makeing everyone responsable for their man, not 3 other guys as well. a big problem in the past with the last coordinator was you had to be a rocket scientist to understand what was going on in the playcalling. not anymore. now players can stop trying to THINK about what their supposed to be doing and just let their INSTINCTS take over and hit someone. Also, i know we have a tough schedule, but the first half should go well. 5-2 before the bye in fact. dallas and the giants will be tough, but hey, with all the turmoil in giant land, they might not do so well this year and we could steal one from them. and that start will go a long way to give a young team a huge amount of confidence. so with both baltimore and cleveland haveing bad years and pitt haveing one of the worst qb's in the game, my cinderella, cincinnati should sneak up on everyone and win the division. watch out!!! _________________ http://aiel-society.myminicity.com/ind |

Maybe San Fran because it was supposed to be their breakout season last year and now that Seattle cut Alexander they have a good shot. _________________ Ahhh Australia...what fresh hell is this... |

well Aussie i have to disagree with you there, i feel that the seahawks running game will be much improved this year, because well let's face it, Alexander was not the MVP we saw a few years ago. he kept away from contact and played passive most of the season, and with the acquistion of a running back like T.J. Duckett, who has a bit of potential to be a starting back, and an effective one, I think their running game is set up for sucess. Anyway, for the cinderella team, if the chiefs can put the pieces together, stabilize the QB position and KEEP THE O-LINE HEALTHY, as well as LJ. They should finish with at least a .500 record. _________________ thousands of reasons to fail but not one excuse. |

carella...u can't be positive that Pittsburgh(playoffs last year) and Cleveland(10-6 last year) are gonna be bad...and with Baltimore how the QB plays will decide how good they are...they still have a tough defense...we'll see but i think the AFC Noth is gonna be tough this year and i think 2 teams will make it into the playoffs(Pittsburgh and Cleveland) _________________ Indians....a nice late run, there's always next year
Browns...the Brady Quinn era begins
Cavs...Mo Williams baby, finally got another scorer to help LBJ
The Ohio State University...Terrell Pryor to the rescue lol |

| Of course it's the Oakland Raiders. This year JaMarcus Russell will get his playing time and with the arrival of Darren McFadden anything can happen. They beat the Chiefs twice last year, the Broncos once, and even the Browns. They are going to at least take the division if they can overcome the diminishing San Diego Chargers. |

Nah, I don't see the Raiders beating out the Chargers. The Chargers are still too good. _________________ www.chiefswarpath.com |
