ok i have to write this paper for my senior thesis and i wanted to know if any of you had any good debatable sports issues to wright it on

That is a good one.
I would say the Chargers vs. the city of San Diego, trying to get a new stadium, but that probably doesn't interest you as much as it interests me.
Maybe the Pete Rose situation? That dude that earned the right to use a golf cart on the PGA tour?
