what is it with the Nets this offseason? First Jason Kidd says that he will only sign with the Nets if they fire Byron Scott, then the next day signs a deal. Then the Nets sign Zo. I was ecstatic. But then I check espn.com (check link below) and I see that Byron Scott might not get a contract extension before this coming season. If the Nets don't re-sign Byron Scott, they must either have some crazy scheme planned or they are nuts. All I can say is if they don't sign Byron Scott, they are the stupidest team in the league.

What are you talking about? Who else can they hire? Brian Scott led his team to the NBA Finals two years in a row and has a ton of NBA exprience when he used to play for the Lakers. I think that if they did fired him, then it would be a terrible mistake.

Well, it looks like they will be making that "terrible mistake." It's all about politics my friend.
