In The Bourne Identity, Matt Damon's character cannot remember a thing about his past after he is found in the ocean. The only thing he knows is that he has unusual and unbelieveable instincts.

As the movie progresses, he is chased and chased and chased by a group of government officials that want him dead, presumably because of something that he did in his past that he doesnt remember anything about.

There are some good fighting sequences in this movie and a really cool chase sequence on the streets of Paris. The movie is almost worth seeing just for that. The plot, however, isnt very imaginative.

One thing that bothered me is that in the previews for the movie, they show clips of things that happen towards the end of the movie, so events that could presumably have been shocking or interesting became, well, predictable.

The movie was better than I had originally expected, but, it still wasnt spectacular.

Defska rating -->> 3/5

Sounds okay. Maybe I'll see it when it comes out on regular TV one day.

Whoa! I saw this!

It was alright. Nothing special... Pretty exciting though.
