I was talking with Patrick the other day about how I thought that the Bowl Games this year were going pretty good. There have been a lot of good games, and I usually don't get too wound up about them, because there are so damn many of them. However, there have been some great games thus far...

...except for the BCS games. NONE of them have been any good. They all have been blow-outs so far, and I don't forsee the remaining two, including the Championship game, being any different. It appears that the BCS committee needs to re-evaluate how they choose the matchups for these games. I don't look for KU to put up a big game against VT, and I think that LSU walks away with the National Title in a blow out over Ohio State.

The Michigan/Florida game was a great game. Why these other games aren't measuring up, I don't know.

Well, I picked the Orange Bowl wrong, and it was a closer game. It was kind of sloppy in spots, but still, a pretty good game to watch.

I honestly didn't think that KU could hand with VT, but congrats to the Jayhawks on a heck of a season.

I really don't think that they will. I think that LSU is too big and physical on the Defensive line, and I think that they have better players all around. We will see, though.
