well...Dungy's career in Tampa is over. There are reports that Parcell's may be headed to Tampa, who knows, maybe he would be the kick that Tampa needs to get passed the first round.
This game, which saw Tampa lead 3-0 in the first quater, quickly became a one-sided affair with McNabb passing and running as he pleased. Also, Tampa tied a postseason record (i believe) by throwing 4 INTs in a game, they just didnt show up to play.
It is interesting to note, after looking at the stats, that despite Tampa's obvious rushing offense, they only converted 3 first downs on the ground versus 11 in the air. Philly took Tampa out of their game plan early, and they never looked back. |
