obviously the Twins have been a big surprise so far this season, but what else has been a surprise?

one thing i thought was amazing...Sprtscenter showed numbers a couple days ago in which the league leaders in all 6 divisions at that point of the season (Twins included) were not leaders of their respective division the year before, not a single division's champions from last season was topping the charts at that point

The whole season so far has been a surprise. Not only the divison leaders but how about the top pitchers?

Yeah, coming in to today, here are the ERA leaders can be found at this link:

http://www.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/stats/mlb_league_leaders.jsp?baseballScope=mlb&statType=2&sortByStat=ERA&timeSubFrame3=&timeSubFrame=2001&Submit=Submit&timeFrame=1

Brad Radke and Joe Mays are playing very well for the Twins.

Yes. They have some solid pitching. I am also surprised with Appier and Reed for the Mets.

I just can't believe how badly the Braves are doing.

At least Smoltz is throwing without pain now...he'll get a win soon, maybe in his next start.

I can't believe most of the top teams from last year are struggling! Look at the Yankees, they're only in first by a half a game.
