| definetly jeremy shockey! absolute beast. he's got great hands but still... u need at least 2-3 to take the guy down if he's in the zone. |

| Larry Allen no question. Pound for pound though, I'll say either Junior Seau (in his prime) or Shannon Sharpe. Both were known for being monsters in the weight room. |
