It is very sad....
although people throw up all the time in football, maybe after twice he should have at least taken a break. |

This is a very horrible tragedy. It is very unfortunate and yes, preventable, but it doesnt seem to me that there is anything that realistically would have been done. This is noones fault and noone should take the blame for it.
