ESPN is reporting that a three way trade that will see the Knicks acquiring Tracy McGrady has been agreed upon. It would work out as follows:

Knicks get: Tracy McGrady and Sergio Rodriguez.
Rockets get: Kevin Martin, Jordan Hill, Jared Jeffries and the right to swap their first round pick with the Knicks in 2011 in addition to gaining the Knicks' 2012 first round pick.
Kings get: Carl Landry, Joey Dorsey and Larry Hughes.
