Another case of a player missing the game too much. _________________ Chris

Rangers might get Cujo. Interesting. _________________ Detroit Red Wings / NHL.com / Sporting News

He's just mad that Marty broke his playoff shutout record. |

Dunham's cool (he went to Maine ). Detroit did exercise Hasek's 8 mil option. There's a good chance that Detroit may keep Cujo and deal off Hasek. _________________ Detroit Red Wings / NHL.com / Sporting News

It's official. He's back. He said he doesn't want to play anywhere else.
Still a rumor: Cujo will probably waive the no trade clause, get traded to Rangers. Wings get Lindros in return? (Back at ya, Colorado!) It's all speculation at this point.
Word is Wings offered Federov $32 mil for 4 years. A little less than the $40 mil they offered a week ago, but he says he won't play for Detroit now. But who's going to pick him up at more than $10 mil he wants? |

No more Lindros would be kinda cool. He just hasn't produced since his last concussion.
I'm not sure if I want Cujo or not. _________________ -Wedge231 chris@c-wod.com

Lindros is useless. He's had way too many concussions to be of use. He should retire. There are better players that Detroit can get. Maybe Leetch? I've heard that it's possible that Cujo will go to St. Louis for Doug Weight.

They offered him 10 mil a year for 4 years. Best offer I've hear elsewhere is 40 mil over 5 (8 mil a year).

Lindros would be bad for Detroit. You can keep him. Cujo will go to the team that gives the most for him (except Colorado). _________________ Detroit Red Wings / NHL.com / Sporting News

Sometimes a player needs a change to bring out the best in themselves. Detroit usually does that.
Weight would be a good pickup. I remember him when he played in college. |
