Hehe, yeah I remember Lil' Penny. I miss him. That was a cool commercial. I think Penny Hardaway's been kind of struggling this year. If he got better, maybe they'd bring Lil' Penny back.
I think I liked Lil' Penny as much as I liked Grandmama. |

Is that so @ Iamrushman? lol Yeah, we are seeing Pennys soft side these days. Man, Penny is not only struggling physically but mentally.
The NBA is mentally challenging, I am not just talking about trash talking. I think the best players in the NBA past & present are great thinkers. Players like Bird, Magic, MJ, Isiah Thomas, Kidd, Payton, etc are players who would break you down in every way both physcially & mentally & find your weaknesses, that is why they are so good!
This is just a guess, I think Penny is still trying to find that player/person that can ignite his spark, someone to open that coffin, someone who could give him a boost. Oh don't get me wrong I think he still has it but he needs to do it himself!
Like I said before somewhere on this messageboard. He is a better leader, he was always a better leader than a follower. I agree when Shaq was with him, he took him for granted & played his own game, which WAS GOOD! Well thats my 2 cents... |
