With ?s like this you should at the very least include the # of teams in your league. It also would help to include your leagues scoring.
I'm going to take a guess here & say it's a Yahoo 10 team public league. Your starters are good, but your going to have problems with your backups.

QBs
Pennington should be replaced by another backup RB, no reason to have 3 QBs with only ! starting position & limited bench space. Try to find one with a different bye week than the ones you already have.

WRs
Evans, Smith & Moulds all have bye week 9. You'll only have 2 starting WRs that week. I would start Evans out of those 3 because he has most potential for a breakout season. I would either try to trade Moulds for a different lower tier receiver with a different bye week than the ones you already have or just drop him and pick one up off the WW/FA.

RBs
Starting RBs are good but you only have 1 backup RB to back them up during bye weeks &/or injury. If there aren't any good ones left pickup Rhodes (James backup) or Perry (Johnson backup).

TEs
Can't ask for more than Gonzalez starter. Not sure who's going to win battle between Heiden & Shea for starting job in Cleveland. I'm sure there is at least 1 sure starter on WW/FA that is as good or better than those 2.

K
Carney is alright here because of extra points but his FG% sucks. I would pick up Longwell or Kaeding if either is available on WW/FA.

D
TB is awesome and underrated this year.

Good Luck & Stick With It

QBs: I think Pennington should get traded, he's a great QB but who's catching his throws? Griese is underrated and has a couple weapons, he could be a solid backup.

RB: James is one of the best, but personally I think Rudi Johnson is a bit questionable and think you should seek someone else, by trading a receiver. Also, Bettis' role in the offense is questionable with Duce Staley still around.

WR: Moss is a top-shelf receiver, but there will be a period of adjustment and he could have a down year from the transition to a new offense and a new QB. Having two receivers on the same team isn't a great thing, I think you should try to trade one, probably Moulds, as he's on the way down.

TE: Gonzalez is one of the best. Heiden is hardly a suitable backup and you should check waivers or another team with TEs to spare.

K: Carney is a middle-of-the-road kicker, check the waiver wire.

DEF: Tampa is underrated and extremely consistent, but I suggest a backup so you have another option if Tampa plays an offensive powerhouse in a given week.
