You have power in Mississippi? Since when? What about indoor plumbing?
Point about the eco centers, but most people do commute in Maine. _________________ Detroit Red Wings / NHL.com / Sporting News

Of course.
I think more people commute into NYC than there are even people in Maine.
Anyway, it looks like Cleveland and Detroit are back. About time... _________________ -Wedge231 chris@c-wod.com

I heard that NYC lost around $1 billion dollars from it. I wonder what other cities lost. I think Cleveland and Detroit must be hurting. Canada too probably... Philly looked fine when I visited over the weekend. The lights did briefly go out during the info session I attended. Pretty scary. _________________ -Wedge231 chris@c-wod.com

The philly area was not hurt by the black outs at all. Any blacks outs that day was just pure coinsidence. IT was a hot day that day and millions of people turned the airt conditioners on so some areas lost power because the electic company couldn't keep up. _________________ Chris

When Boston turns on the AC, the rafting gets really good here. _________________ Detroit Red Wings / NHL.com / Sporting News

I live an hour outside of Boston and never lost any power. The power companies saw what was coming and turned off access to the troubled power grids. Same thing in PA. _________________ the blog of a seagull |
