Finally, the Stanley Cup series is here and the Wings are pretty much a sure thing. A $750 bet on the Wings will only pay out $100 if they win.
I don't think this series will draw that many TV viewers compared to the Avs-Wings. That was the Stanley Cup finals in my opinion. |

Well, the odds against the Patriots in the Superbowl were much worse than that, and they still pulled it off.
I still dont believe that Avs-Wings game 7...Roy allowed 6 goals on 16 shots...definitely not the person you would expect to break down like that _________________ Justin Lieber |

hey congrats ZR thats cool!
yep, your wings won it, but the canes are playing good hockey. i thought the wings were done for when the ref first got in the way of the player ready to score and then blew the call saying that irbe had covered the puck when it was really lose in front of him. but once that goal was scored it was like all the life was drained out of carolina.
im actually looking forward to watching more of this series, if that last game was as good as they all will be, we are in for some good hockey _________________ Justin Lieber |

Well, the Wings took it in 5. I kinda figured that the Wings would take the series after their triple-overtime win, but I was still very addicted to this series and actually watched a lot of it.
I thought that Hasek deserved the MVP award, but Im basing that on the Finals alone and I think that that trophy goes to the MVP of the playoffs. _________________ Justin Lieber |
