| Someone told me about a article that had to deal with a Notre Dame football player and World War II. My friend said that he played football there and they had won a BSC game against USC, and then he joined the army to go and fight in the army. He was in the Phillipines and there officer had just been sent off and they had to take off all there valuables. Then a Japanese officer saw the ring they had gotten from the BCS game. The officer sorta knew him because he was a student at USC and I think he attented the game. Then he gave the ring back to him and told him to hide it because if another officer sees it and takes it, he can't do anything about it. If anyone can help me find the article or the name of the person It would grealty be appreciated. |
