Who do you guys think should be the Rookie of the Year in the N.B.A.?

I'll pick Jamaal Tinsley of the Indiana Pacers. The other night he had a triple-double against the Washington Wizards including a whopping 23 assists.

26 teams passed on him and I thought he might be kind of a bust because he couldn't hit an outside shot in college but he's really turned into a nice player. I know the Warriors were ready to take him with their 2nd round pick but had to settle on Gilbert Arenas. Tinsley reminds me a little bit of Mark Jackson. He isn't a very good shooter but he can post up. He can create for others. And he uses his body to get physical with other players.

I agree with Wedge. With only about 1/8 of the season completed, it is much too early to pick a ROTY.

Well I've changed my mind since my last post in this thread. It's got to be Pau Gasol for Rookie of the Year this year.

Jamaal Tinsley's kind of been slumping the last few months.

This is what everyone seems to be singing in regards to Pau Gasol these days:

"We don't like P-Gausol, OH NOOO! We love him, YEEEAAH!" lololololololololol

Mind my singing voice, I am not a trained singer I am a trained break-dancer though, that is why my nick is called Flipside, its one move I do when I breakdance

Well surprise!

Pau Gasol got named N.B.A. Rookie of the Year today. Hehe.

As if there was any doubt.

Richard Jefferson got 2nd. C'mon, Jason Richardson should have at least gotten 2nd.
