Hello,

I have decided to post this thread to explain my stance on how I run the SportsForums.net Fantasy Sports Leagues.

I believe in allowing owners to make moves. To make trades and to run their teams as they see fit.

With that said, however, this is not a perfect world. There is a line that must be drawn to ensure that the moves that owners make are not detrimental to the league. This does not mean that if I feel a trade is unfair, I will veto it. It is the nature of trading for trades to be unfair - one side must get the better deal. That is the point of trading: to improve. What I will veto, however, is trades that appear to be blatantly unfair based upon current circumstances. The better the players involved, the more the deal will be scrutinized. Still, I am pretty easy going as long as I feel that there is some decent value trading hands. It is a hard thing to describe - I know it when I see it. One example: I won't allow a top player to be dealt for a bunch of backups.

If I feel something fishy is going on, I won't hesitate to put a stop to it.

If I miss a trade (because of away time or some other reason) that I would have vetoed, I will request that the two teams trade the players back. If they refuse - both teams will be frozen.

If, at any time, you feel that something fishy is going on or an unfair trade has been made, please feel free to contact me. Please tell me why you think it is fishy or unfair. Do not post a public thread to draw attention to a situation. I will make the appropriate determination from there.

Although you may disagree with choices that I make, know that I am only doing it because I feel it is best. I am human and I will make mistakes. If you have any issues with a decision that I have made or feel that I may have missed something, please contact me.

Thank you for reading.
