I just don't believe that someone has the right to judge another person that they don't even know. To criticize a professional athlete's talent, effort, desire, etc. is one thing; to judge them personally is totally different. _________________ Justin Lieber |

No. I never said you did. I think you misunderstood my post...
The comment that I made was in general...it had nothing to do, in particular, with MJ, your comments, or anything. I simply made a gereralization about my personal opinion that no individual has the right to judge someone that they do not even know.
You were "surprised" that I "shrugged" off what MJ did. I was simply explaining why I said what I said -- that's all. _________________ Justin Lieber |

I agree with you, and I will not argue that what he did was not wrong - because it was. It was an extremely bad thing to do.
However, everyone makes mistakes, and I think what is most important in life is that you learn from your mistakes. _________________ Justin Lieber |

In my opinion, that just isn't a ... doable mistake. That isn't something that should be forgotten... forgiven, etc. I mean, this isn't nudging a metermaid with your SUV.
Best basketball player ever to play the game. But, just as I said, will never look at him as the same human being again. I would like to like him as much as I used to, but I just can't.
But, I suppose people make mistakes... but thats just me. Sorry to take the thread off topic. So...

I understand and respect your opinion Pat And I agree, cheating is a bigger mistake than pushing a car with another car; but for me, that just means that a bigger lesson needs to be learned. MJ needs/needed to look at what he did, realize he was wrong, realize what he did hurt many people, and he needs/needed to change. If he can do that, good for him, if not, well, then he has failed.
But anyways, in my opinion, I think the Wizard have a shot to be competitive. I think anytime Michael is out there he is going to help his team, even if he isn't playing well. _________________ Justin Lieber |

I think that the Wizards have a good chance to make it into the playoffs, with the trades that they made and the fact they play in the East. _________________ It takes a lot of punishment to be able to do anything to change the social order.

Man, M.J. was embarrassing last night. Close game with Detroit.
The ball's in his hands for one of the final possessions and he dribbles the ball off his foot and then gets the ball back and has it stolen from behind. Wizards lose.
That was just sad. No way that happens to M.J. in his prime. |
