It is rumored that Robin Ventura may become a Yankee. The Mets are hoping to pick up Scott Rolen in the off-season and want to get rid of the 8-million dollars Ventura would be making. The Yankees also need a replacement for Brosius.
Also, I heard people talking about Todd Zeile possibly going to the Red Sox.
What are everyon'e thoughts on this? I'm sorry for making this thread on my hometown team but pretty much everything else big is covered.

| yeah well u live in New York where they can afford everything - uve got the Yankees...im stuck with 2 of the lower end teams in the Chargers and Padres and we almost never have a shot at doing well because we cant affrd to keep any halfway decent players...if Tony Gwynn wasnt as loyal to San Diego as he was, he would have left years ago because he could have made MUCH more in, say, New York |
