I congratulate them from going from one of the most disapointing teams in the league, to have the 3-time defending champs one game away from elimination in the ALDS.

Tough break though, losing Dye, Yankees might have the momentum they need now to pull this one off. It would be the first team in the history of the 5-game series to lose the first 2 games at home, and still take the series. I knew the Yankees were a postseason team, but this is crazy.

Ugh was that a depressing game ti watch. They struck out more than any other outs and hits, walks...all combined. It was HORRIBLE. I was so damn close to punching the TV!!!!

Ouch, sorry man. I know what it's like. My team dropped out of the playoff run late in the year, thanks to two blown saves in a week by Benitez to the Braves.

The Yankees did it! We pulled off the impossible. Jeter is amazing.

I can't believe we did that. Jeter is without a doubt the best postseason player of the past decade and a half and maybe more. I have even had my doubts about this team, but you always have to remember who the champs are.

I'm predicting a Yankees-D-Backs World Series.

Go Yankees!

Well Justice is pretty good too.. Doesn't he have the most postseason RBI's or did Bernie break that yet?

Yeah, I am pretty sure he has that record.

Jeter now has the record for most postseason hits, breaking Pete Rose's record. He has played in one less postseason game than Pete Rose.
