Lebron James has made it known that he would like the Cavs to pursue Jason Kidd. The Nets want to trade him, but what would he cost?

Would Jason Kidd be the missing piece of the puzzle for the Cavs?

After seeing how the Kidd trade did absolutely nothing for Dallas, Cleveland is thanking their lucky stars the did not disrupt their chemistry like the Mavs and Suns did.

Who's to say that the trade would have had the same effect on the Cavs as it did with the Mavs? I think that the Mavs like for all their guys to score, whereas the Cavs want James do most of it. I could be wrong, here; I am not an NBA buff. Just how I see it. I think Kidd could have been a positive aquistion for the Cavs.

i would have been positve except for the fact that the Mavs would have gotten probably Gooden, Varejao, and/or Hughes and we would've just gotten Kidd and no other big man in return...at least in the Wallace trade we got Joe Smith with Big Ben
