So who are you guys predicting will win the Lakers-Kings' series?
I'm rooting for the Kings but I have to go with the Lakers in 6.
And last night's game didn't really encourage me.
One thing I did like about the game last night was the way the Kings never gave up throughout the whole thing, even when they were down like 17. |

Go KINGS!!! - I hope Shaq gets injured! lol - just kidding, that woudn't be a good feeling beating & winning a championship only because their best player was injured
Yeah I 2nd to you guys, Kings but the Lakers might win it in game 6. I don't think the Lakers will do a sweep on the Kings though.

Yeah true. However, the Kings' 2nd best player, 2nd best scorer and All-Star, Peja Stojakovic is out for Games 1 and 2 and maybe the rest of this series. So the Kings certainly know what it feels like to not have your best out there.
Incidentally, the stat of Game 1, I thought: Peja, the All-Star is out. The guy who replaces him in the starting lineup, Hidayet Turkoglu scores 0 points. Ouch.
And I think Peja's more important this series than the last series with Dallas because here Shaq clogs the middle so you need a guy to hit the outside shot and the Kings are really missing that right now.

I sure hope not because if that happens I'll be real depressed. |

Woohoo! Kings win Game 5! They now have taken a 3 games to 2 lead in this series.
Mike Bibby is just so clutch. He's so cool under pressure that he can make ice melt.
Guess what? The Lakers are now facing an elimination game for the first time since Game 7 of the 2000 Western Conference Finals when they hosted the Portland Trailblazers. And it's the first time in the Phil Jackson era with the Lakers, that the Lakers will have to win 2 elimination games to survive. |

First I want to say this series is far from over.
But 2nd, a lot of Lakers' fans have said that Bobby Jackson fouled Kobe Bryant on the last shot in Game 5 (and he did). What they fail to say is that Bryant pushed off on Jackson with his left hand to help free him and get the little space he did to get the shot off. Point being: Bad calls go both ways and I wish the Lakers or the people rooting against the Kings would stop whining. |

I cannot honestly say I watched much of this series, but I did catch the very tail end of the game 7 today and am quite upset that the Lakers were able to pull it off. Oh well, guess Im rootin for the Nets in the finals. _________________ Justin Lieber |

Yup. I know you don't follow basketball defska but that one sure hurt me last night.
I can't use my signature now either because I think the Lakers will roll the Nets and 3-peat. |
