LOL Too funny.

Its good that he realizes that people will be disappointed in him and he's sorry for it. So thats a plus.

Also, what business is it of the cop to look at the car receipt or BETTER YET, what business is it of HIS to tell the press? Sounds like an idiot cop who just wanted some limelight. I hate that.
