|
|
I heard Kobe say that he thinks the Lakers should bring Jerry West back to run the operations. That would prove to him that the Lakers are wanting to win now.
Personally, I think that Kobe has really made enough decisions for the Lakers. Since the original departure of Phil Jackson and Shaq, I don't think Kobe should putting forth any more suggestions. I think he just needs to play ball, and let the higher up run the show. Perhaps the Lakers should trade Kobe? _________________ www.chiefswarpath.com |

if kobe wants another shot at winning, he needs to try a new team...........those old kobe/shaq laker squad days are done........so i think he should go for another team _________________ NHL = Nashville Predators

Yeah, those teams are done, but I don't think he has really helped the team to move in the right direction, either, with some of his antics. I think the Lakers would benefit the most from a Kobe trade. However, where do you think Kobe would go? I don't think he go somewhere to "the other guy," so to speak. He would want to be the man, where ever he ended up. _________________ www.chiefswarpath.com |

The Lakers aren't going to get rid of the most awesome player in the league. Kobewants Jerry West, that's fine. Ultimately it's up to the organization. He hasn't made any threats to the organization otherwise, and, hey, it's a good suggestion.
I think that this would be a good decision if West came in. _________________ "If you are going to argue about statistics, then you BETTER have the statistics right."

Well, has Kobe sealed his own fate now? He openly requested a trade on one radio talk show, and then backed it off on another one. So what happens now? Can the Lakers hope to keep him, hoping that he won't be disgruntled? Or is too late now?
What is your guess? _________________ www.chiefswarpath.com |

| I'm with Tru Playa. After that, I wouldn't be surprised if Kobe left LA. |

More to the story now: http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/story/6933696
What do you think? Will he stay or go? Should he stay or go? If you are a Laker fan, what do you think should happen?
If he were to be traded, how many players is he worth, and is there one player out there you would trade him straight across for? _________________ www.chiefswarpath.com |

i think he'll stay for 1 more season at best, but if nothing is done to help put more talent around him.............then i see him leaving after the season if not before the trading deadline _________________ NHL = Nashville Predators
