SACRAMENTO, California (Ticker) - Mike Bibby, who elevated his game dramatically in last season's playoffs, apparently has agreed to a seven-year, $80 million contract to remain with the Sacramento Kings.

Yeah, I'm kind shocked they were able to do that.

Because everything I heard up until that point was that the negotiations were going so badly that only a one-year deal could be agreed upon.

Anyways, I'm very happy.

I want the season to start now because I think the Kings will take the Lakers down this season.

Congrats. I remember when the Yankees got Jeter signed, I think you are feeling very similar to how I was feeling when he was signed.

A little bit of bad news, some assistants leaving the Bucks... is that a big deal?

Yeah I think you're right. I probably feel the same way you did back then. I feel great. Or at least very good. I'll feel even better if the Kings go on and beat the Lakers next year.

Well considering how badly the Bucks underachieved last season, that's probably a good thing that those guys left.

Yeah I think Joe and Gavin Maloof (the Kings' main owners) are the best owners in the N.B.A.

Shaq today called them the Sacramento Queens. Too funny.

Well, the Kings keep saying this and that about the Lakers, we're "tired of losing to the Lakers" and stuff, so this is to be expected.

Yeah well I guess the Lakers aren`t that good then since they couldn't beat a bunch of "Queens" on Christmas night.

Maybe if Shaq lost some wieght the Fakers might make the playoffs. Had some fun with my uncles and cousins while watching that game.
