1st,you have to get the capacity for the look you are applying for, like experince, skills, background knowledge, and also some spirits like teamwork,etc.2nd show the best side of yourself,be positive and open, sensitive in the good way, negative in the right way,dont wast time on details that you can never satisfy all.3rd prapare the CV at your best, and presume with your family and friends who stays in HR for recommendation. finally,go staight and briefly for what you want.
