I saw this movie some time last week. If anyone saw the last Halloween movie you will recall that at the end of the movie, Mike Myers' sister, played by Jamie Lee Curtis, supposedly chopped Mike's head off. Well in true horror movie fashion, she got the wrong guy, and this movie starts out with Jamie Lee Curtis in a nut house because she has gone paranoid after killing the wrong person.
I will say that this movie starts right off with a lot of scary/horror scenes and a lot of action. After the opening 15 minutes or so of just plain gruesomeness are over, a whole separate plot starts which remains the plot for the remaining of the movie: 6 teens are hired to spend a night in Mike Myer's childhood home to explore for "answers". Of course, Mike shows up and all hell breaks loose. This movie is full of all of your typical horror movie cliches, my favorite being when one of the girls actually manages to get out of the house, she gets scared and jumps back in
This is your typical horror movie, very predictable, but still a lot of fun. Im a horror movie fan so I liked this one, but I dont imagine that any of you guys will care for it much.

I'm not a big horror movie fan. I've never seen any of the other movies in the series. _________________ -Wedge231 |
