So how about Fresno State? Talk about a surprise team.
They got to be ranked now in the next ESPN/USA Today poll.
After opening the season with an upset win at Colorado, routing Oregon State at home and then today getting a convincing win at Wisconsin which is kind of a tough place to win at. |

| Wow, I think Fresno could be playing in a pretty good bowl game this year. They are good. |

Yeah, Fresno State with another win last night again as well. Still undefeated.
So who do you think would win this matchup? "The F.S.U. of the West", Fresno State? Or "The F.S.U. of the East", Florida State? Florida State has already gotten pummeled once this year at North Carolina. My West Coast bias might be showing but I think Fresno State could take them down in a game. |

| Fresno shouldn't have been that big of a surprise. Everyone knew they had a quarterback and a solid coach. I expect an undefeated season if there defense keeps playing well. |

| I bet Fresno state doesn't get into a bowl game because of there confrense. There confrense isn't very good so the people who invite them to a bowl think they suck because they have a crapy confrense |

Well unfortunately, Fresno State is sure falling fast.
2 weeks ago they were talking about a B.C.S. Bowl and maybe even had an outside shot at the National Championship but after tonight's loss at Hawaii, they've now lost 2 straight games.
From a B.C.S. Bowl all the way down to the Holiday Bowl (or worse now) and probably not even in the Top 25 rankings next week. Ouch.

Actually I believe their conference winner has an automatic bid to the Holiday Bowl. |

| Yeah that loss to Hawaii really will nock them down. I was watching part of this and Hawaii seemed to be playing well, and the crowd was going crazy. |
