i currently have ahman green on my fantasy team and ron dayne is still a free agent in my league. Everyone is saying that dayne will have a good year and im not sure about how much playing time green will get since gado will probably be starting so i was just wandering what u guys thought about dropping green and picking up dayne _________________ My Teams:

Personally, I don't usually decide on anything until the season begins. I know then what the depth charts and the play amounts will be FOR SURE, and won't have to deal with a possible bad decision.
Of course, Gado might still be the starter. He had the type of year that would make him the featured back in Green Bay. And the fans love him. Ron Dayne... well, Anderson IS out of Denver now. So it'll be a battle between Dayne and Bell. And as more of a 'power' back, like Anderson, Dayne could end up with stats similar to Anderson's. Which is a GOOD thing. And if Ahman is a situational back, and not the featured back, it'd be highly advantageous for you to pick up Dayne. _________________ "There was nothing about her that a vasectomy of the vocal cords wouldn't fix." |

I would stick with Green over Dayne. Green was a long time starter there and he will win the job back from Gado.
As far as Dayne goes, he will have a decent season as a third down back. Mike Shannahan loves faster running backs, so look for Bell to get the bulk of the carries there. _________________ God created the earth in 6 days. Anderson got a lot of his action, probably due to Bell still developing. Anderson is also better than Dayne, IMO, so between those two, don't expect Anderson-like numbers from Dayne. _________________ The Best kind of Fantasy Baseball ::
