Not sure if anyone can help me but I was just wondering if someone give me tips on how to dunk better, or what I should do differently. I am 17 years old 6'6 about 200 pounds and just recently started dunking. I need to be able to dunk in games for next year to you think this will be possible?...
Any tips or advice would be of great help.
Thanks

The only way to dunk in games is to just practice a lot. Practice dunking from any way possible, instead of just the left baseline like in your video. Try dunking with two hand because it is harder to block. Most important, you have to try dunking when you are playing against other people a lot. It take a long time to get used to dunking when there are other people around so you have to do it a lot.
Other ways that helped me were a lot of squats, cleans, and power lifts. As well as core or ab/lower back exercises. You have to be physically strong to be able to jump high. _________________ HD sports by DIRECTV
