Seeing as how I am a die-hard Knicks fan (yes we still exist), I have a strong feeling he'll end up playing his home games at MSG next season. But all team passion aside, haven't the Knicks organization perfectly aligned their financial situation to go out and grab a top phenom in the league? And if so, why can't that be King James??? Despite taking on the T-Mac salary mid-season, they still have alot of salary cap room to work with. And they have been working this angle for the past two years. YouTube some of LeBron's sound bytes and he'll tell ya: He's not even sure himself if he'll be in a Cavs uniform come next season.

Although many people may have said it already, I really don't think LeBron will leave Cleveland. He was born in nearby Akron and grew up in Ohio. He's pretty much single-handedly turned the Cavaliers into an NBA Final caliber team. Although I think if they would've given up J.J. Hickson and gotten Amar'e he would've definately stayed.

I think he'll stay. It just feels like he's started a sort of project in Cleveland, and for him to leave would be something of a bail, despite the lack of player support he gets there. If he does manage to win it all this year I'm sure he'll stay, and even then I think he wants to win one there.

He's a mega-superstar wherever he goes, and while it's not a major-market team I think being the biggest player a franchise has ever had in such a small market will end up providing him with the most exposure.

That, and Cleveland's his home team. I don't think it's certain he'll stay, just the most likely scenario.

If cleveland reaches the finals or wins the playoffs this year than Lebron stays... any other case would bet that he leaves...

Why would he leave? Why would he leave? Do you know how many NBA players want to play in their home town? This guy is playing there, he is surrounded by enough talent. Just be patient. So what if you can't succeed on your first 2 playoffs as the favorites. ''third time's a charm''. But hey, maybe LeBron is right. If he looks at the competition, especially west, especially the Lakers, he has a couple of options :

1. Stay in Cleveland, keep things like it is, including salary, and give it your all. I say, he wins 0-2 titles.
2. Go to Chicago. Play with D-Rose and Noah. Give it your all. I say, he wins 3-6 titles.
3. Stay in Cleveland. Cut down your salary. Bring in Wade or Bosh with less salary, and give it your all. I say, he wins 3-6 titles.
4. Go to the Big Apple. Cut your salary, play together with Bosh AND Wade, with cut salaries. Give it your all. I say, he wins 6-9 titles.

So do you stay in your home town and hope? Do you stay in your home town and become a champ? Do you go to Chicago and become a champ?

OR do you go to NY and become a Legend.
