They get him for a 4th round pick, and depending on how much time he plays, if any, either team ends up getting compensated for it in the end. It sounds like a good deal for Tennesee. I think they come out the better for it. Jones will have to show that he can walk the straight and narrow in Dallas.

| Dallas has straighten out two trouble makers in the past Tank Johnson hasnt done anything since his suspension was lifted and T.O. has stayed out of the media for causing problems for the most part |

I hope for their sake that they can continue the trend. Jones here, is a different animal than the other two, I think.

i think that this might help them become even better with what they all ready have, but i first have to see how well he will gel with the other players
