I think that this can be a good hire for the Chiefs. This is one of best coaching signings they have had since they brought back Gunther Cunnigham. Although I am not sold on the fact that Solari was to blame for the Chief's anemic offense this year, I do think that Gailey's success in the past will benefit the Chiefs immensely.
