| I like this signing. The Chargers need some kicking help and Christie has got some talent as far as kickers go anyway. |

Not bad... I don't like most kickers.. Most of them have messed up sometime in their careers.

Kickers mess up just as much as everyone else, just when they do it stands out more.
And Christie may not be the best kicker in the NFL, but Im sure he wont miss 2 of 3 kicks under 30 yards in the same game like Wade Richey did...I still cant figure out why we dropped John Carney to begin with. |

Well the Steelers didn't drop Brown... He missed 4 in the game they lost to the Ravens..
Why did you drop Carney????

well the official reason for dropping carney was that his kickoffs were too short, but unofficially he was asking too much money.
.....so now we have a $5 Million kick-off guy and a veteran short-distance place kicker. this is the only offseason move made by the chargers that still does not make sense to me. |
