Can't agree more Kolin. I have no idea why they would extend him. He chokes every time there is a big game. I like some of the Chargers players but they are dead in the water with Norv

I DONT THINK NORV IS A GOOD COACH PERIOD. HE HASNT DONE VERY GOOD WITH A PLAYOFF TEAM THAT WAS JUST GIVEN TO HIM ON A SILVER PLATTER.....
