I think that boston will be the kings of the eastern conference but im doubtful that they will win a championship because the wild wild west have very strong teams to name a few dallas,san antonio, phoenix and utah. So with that maybe they will pull a fast one like the miami heat beating the dallas mavericks 2 years ago in the finals.

The celtics certainly have a fighting chance. But it is going to be no cakewalk for them to make it all the way. Frankly I hope they do, it will reignite a dead franchise.

Yeah, they've been a "team" for just a year and the "Boston Three Party" hasnt't been in the playoffs together and each member of the BTP hasn't been to the playoffs recently coz in the past years in their past teams they couldnt get into the postseason. Detroit will represent the East. Not so sure bout the West

Funny looking at some of the older posts in this thread. If nothing else, it seems the celts have exceeded a lot of people's expectations.

| It's been awhile since anyone has commented on this topic, so I'll just add my 2 cents, They will win it all this year. Right now their to zoned in. They swept all texas teams and only lost 5 games against the whole western conference and beat the all mighty Detroit twice,, however right now their up 2-0 on the hawks, and it is just the hawks, but I believe they will beat whoever they play. They had the biggest turn around in Nba history let me repeat my self "They had the biggest turn around in NBA history". Now as far as lebron being the worst thing to happen to the eastern conference he is only 1 guy and doesn't have much help, some of you may be to young to remember the days of Michael jordon before he had scotty pippen, but he was the same way if the cavs can get him some help then clevland will be good, now the Celtics have depth they have the big 3, rondo has been great since last year, getting casssel was huge espicaally for rondo, bog baby, ,house posey,perkings has been good, so yea they will win the Nba championship |

they got a really good record against the west but most of their loses came from the weak east as what people say.........i know they will dominate the hawks and prolly beat the cavs in 5 or 6, but i still think the pistons will prolly take this one, course they will prolly prove me wrong...........but thats why were all making these predictions and and talking about it on this forum right?..........
