I think you always hear best dunkers topics on message board so lets split them up into few different categories ok

[•] Best Small Dunker/s?
- Anthony 'Spudd' Webb [can't top him ]
- Steve Francis [currently the best small dunker]
- Stephon Marbury [very close to steve]
- Kevin Johnson - Doc Rivers [tie]
- Allen Iverson [he can get up]

[•] Best 'Game' Dunker:
- Michael Jordan [best in your face dunker]
- Dominique Wilkins [best twisty-fancy dunker]
- Vince Carter [massive ups, enough said]
- Kobe Bryant [not too bad - except when he fell on his * when he tried to do a 360 degrees open court dunk lol]
- Shaq [you cant even stop this guy with a double team]

[•] Best Dunk Moment?
- All Michael Jordans open court dunks & not to mention - MJ's 'in your face dunks': but the one that stands out is when he dunked over Patrick Ewing in the 90'ish play off game.

- Kevin Johnson dunking over Hakeem - that was just too good! - that dunk was not just a normaly in your face funk, it was a massive 'leaner!'

I don't know if this was the one you're talking about, iamrushman but one of my favorite dunks ever has to be John Starks' tomahawk over and inbetween Michael Jordan and Horace Grant at Madison Square Garden during one playoff game in the 1990's.

Now that was a poster dunk!

hehehe thanks for the 'memory' compliment - yeah Spike you beat me on that one, that is the right moment Iamrushman is talking about. That was on Pippen actually, yea Starks beat Pip and yeah Horace was there too & MJ came late and tried to help but it kind of looked like it was on MJ Starks dunked on if you saw the replay

It was a great dunk, I still like the Kevin Johnson leaner on Hakeem better though hehe

Oh I did not know that. I guess you learn something new everyday.

Yeah I loved that dunk as well.

The Suns ended up losing that playoff game.

I was rooting for the Suns that series too (because I liked their high scoring offense and I liked Charles Barkley) but they ended up losing to the Rockets. I remember that playoff series was weird too. Because the Rockets lost Games 1 and 2 on their home court but ended up beating the Suns on the road in Games 3 and 4 to tie the series up at 2 games a piece.

And K.J.'s dunk over Hakeem (or it might have been Akeem at the time) was in either Game 3 or Game 4.

I get to see Jason Richardson and Gerald Wallace a lot where I live and they are some high fliers, let me tell you. I think they're going to put on a show today. At least I hope so, hehe. I think Jason Richardson has an advantage because he's short and the shorter guys look more spectacular when they dunk. I hope one of the northern California guys win it.

And I could have sworn aren't there usually more than 4 guys who participate in this contest every year? Hmmm, weird.

I was just wondering if anyone has seen a show call
Slam Dunking?? or something like that

It has 4 players then split into 2 and face each other. Then one group of the two goes and they each do a slam dunk and get a mark out of 50. Then both do a slam dunk with a team mate. and then they spin a wheel and have to do a slam dunk they get off from the wheel????
