In a matter of weeks, Benitez has been traded again, this time to the Mariners.

I knew this would happen benitez couldent take the pressure of pitching for the mets, so how was he gonna take the pressure of pitching fot the yanks. Well now the yanks got back neilson who is ok but i dont think hes better the benitez.

I could care less about Benitez now that he's off the Mets. My father is a Yankee fan (I'm a Mets fan) and when he found out that the Yanks got rid of Benitez he literally jumped with joy. And when he found out they got Nelson for him he said, "What were the Mariners thinking?" I have to agree with him. This just shows you how much of a bum Benitez is.

I actually don't mind the deal either way. I would have been happier with either. Nelson is more of a setup man though, so that could bode well for us.
