Well it might be tempting for Brand as with Golden State, he can perfectly team up with Monta Ellis and go for the $90 million the Warriors are offering him to sign with them, but honestly I think Brand is one of those players that will prefer to end his career with the same team, and most likely that is what is going to happen.
Note: Monta Ellis is good but Baron Davis is far superior. _________________ Jay Robertson |

I kind of feel like he might end up in Golden State. The impression I get is that if he was so dead-set on staying, he'd be signed already. He actually started his career with the Bulls, so he's played for two teams already.

Yeah, the Knicks would have had to make a sign and trade deal for him though, and Donnie Walsh aid he doesn't want to dish out any longterm contracts before the Knicks go under the cap in a couple years.

Well the Davis leaving looks like it sparked the Warriors getting some decent players by adding Turiaf, Maggette, and Williams (from the Nets). As a Warriors fan, I am starting to like what they are doing. They need to lock down Ellis and Biedrins though, that situation is still making me nervous.

Yeah, I'm surprised that newspapers are still mentioning Ellis as a potential trading piece for other teams since Baron Davis bolted. Not having Davis around at least saved the Warriors a few dollars if nothing else, so they might as well lock up Ellis for a few years.
