I saw the movie a couple nights ago. Has anyone else seen it?
Basically, it had its moments. Will Smith is the perfect guy to play him and Voight did a solid job as Cosell (although he looked virtually nothing like him). The movie was drawn out in many areas, such as the beginning of the movie where the first 9 1/2 minutes (I am serious) was just music. Ali did have a more exciting life and they should have focused more on that, I felt. But, overall... I enjoyed it. _________________ Patrick O'Keefe - SportsForums.net Administrator

| Ali was a quality movie, everyone should see it. I have see multiple biographical movies about ali but this one was by far the greatest. The movie did not depict Ali's whole carrer but it had some of the best fights of his carrer in it. I was no where near as good as a Rocky movie though. I say evryone go rent Ali. |
